Athletes meet with me on average more than 20 times over the course of their recruitment, roughly a dozen times annually. Frequency of sessions adjust based on grade level, recruiting intensity, and each swimmer’s timeline.

Most recruiting services were built by businesspeople who learned swimming. I'm a former NCAA coach and recruiting coordinator who spent eight years on the other side of the table — evaluating recruits, making scholarship offers, and building college rosters. I know what coaches are looking for because I was one.
That means I'm not guessing which programs might be a fit. I'm drawing on real relationships with college coaches and firsthand knowledge of how they evaluate talent, prioritize roster needs, and make scholarship decisions.
I also work with swimmers exclusively — no football, no lacrosse, no basketball. Every hour I spend is in the college swimming world, which means I know when roster spots open, which coaches are building, and where opportunities exist that other families won't find on their own.
And I'm not handing your family a checklist and wishing you luck. I'm in it with you — drafting emails together, running mock calls, prepping for visits, and available by text when a coach reaches out and you need a response in 24 hours.

College coaches expect athletes to take full ownership of their recruitment. I expect swimmers to be invested, proactive, and committed.
Between recruiting sessions, athletes should plan for 1-2 hours of homework—researching schools, drafting emails, updating profiles—and stay on top of logging all communication with coaches.
-
Yes. Between sessions I update target lists, research schools and roster spots, and ensure we stay ahead of the game. I’m also available during the process for questions by email or text.
