College Coach Week, operated by SwimCasa and hosted by its participating Affiliate Club teams, is a one-of-a-kind recruiting event connecting college swim programs with top Denver-area club teams, athletes, and families.
Over three days, college coaches visit practices, network with club coaches, and engage with swimmers and parents in a relaxed, educational setting. It’s part recruiting, part relationship-building — and a rare opportunity to deepen connections in one of the most overlooked swimming markets in the country.

College Coach Week runs December 15–17, 2025 and features a mix of practice visits, informal socials, and college-fair-style sessions hosted by SwimCasa partner clubs.
Opportunities for networking and marketing surround each team’s practices, giving coaches multiple touchpoints to connect with swimmers, families, and local coaches throughout the week.

Below you’ll find the practice schedule, site locations, and roster documents for each participating club team. Coaches are welcome to attend any sessions that fit their travel plans and use the roster links to connect with athletes before or after their visit.
Rosters are live working documents and will continue to update as we approach the event.

Each Affiliate Club is submitting a roster of college-bound swimmers, compiled into one shared College Prospect List for coaches. This live document helps college programs identify potential recruits and connect directly.

College Coach Week is structured to help you build connections — not just recruit.
COACH SOCIALS
Each afternoon during College Coach Week, SwimCasa will host an optional Coach Social. You’ll have the chance to network with other college coaches, connect with Denver-area club coaches, and exchange insights on recruiting, training, and athlete development.
FAMILY CONNECTIONS
Each practice site will include a designated space for college coaches to meet swimmers and parents after practice, an opportunity to introduce yourself, share information about your program, answer questions, and connect with families in person.
NETWORKING OPPORTUNITIES
After the day’s recruiting activities, all college coaches, club coaches, and Affiliate Club parents are invited to gather for dinner at a central location to continue conversations, strengthen relationships, and build a more connected swimming community.
