Danny Koenig
Founder, SwimCasa College Recruiting
Danny Koenig is the founder of SwimCasa, a college recruiting consultancy dedicated to helping swimmers and their families navigate the recruiting process with clarity, structure, and confidence. With over a decade of experience as an NCAA Division I coach and recruiting coordinator, Danny has coached at nearly every level of the sport. His background includes developing athletes from age group through elite levels, and advising high school swimmers pursuing both athletic and academic opportunities in college.
SwimCasa was created in response to the uncertainty many families face when trying to understand how college recruiting actually works. Danny provides individualized guidance tailored to each swimmer’s goals — whether that’s earning a scholarship, finding the right team culture, or balancing competitive swimming with academic ambition.
Through one-on-one advising, team workshops, webinars, and partnerships with club programs, Danny’s mission is to ensure every swimmer has access to the tools, information, and support they need to take ownership of their recruiting journey and make informed decisions about their future.
